Documents required when renewing the subscription: for individual institutions or companies of persons (solidarity / simple recommendation):

A subscription renewal application filled out with all the required information and signed by the authorized signatory on behalf of the institution or company, provided that this signature is identical to his signature on the commercial broadcast.
A copy of the commercial radio, the validity of which does not exceed five years for individual institutions and three years for companies of persons, signed live in blue ink.
A copy of a power of attorney issued by a notary public (the date of issuance does not exceed one year) in the event that the transaction was submitted by a person who is not authorized to sign on behalf of the institution or company.
A copy of the client's identification document (identity or registration statement), provided that it bears the signature of the authorized signatory for the institution or company corresponding to his signature on the commercial broadcast.

To renew the annual subscription without an affiliation certificate:

A municipal receipt for the current year or the previous year for the work center (non-residential), and in the event that it is not possible to submit a municipal receipt, the person concerned is required to submit
A book explaining the circumstances of the impossibility of submitting a country receipt and an explanation of the reasons.
A receipt for the payment of electricity fees to the work center and in the name of the person concerned and/or a receipt for payment of landline phone bills in the name of the person concerned and at the work center.
For owners, a recent real estate affidavit (no more than three months old).
Or an occupancy statement from the municipality that proves the continuity of the establishment's business.
In the event that a personal affiliation card with a photo is requested, a photograph must be submitted to the authorized signatory on behalf of the institution or company, certified by the Mukhtar.
