Speaking at the Third Arab Conference on Social Responsibility in Beirut, Rabih Sabra, the Director General of the Beirut Chamber, emphasized that Lebanese youth are not beneficiaries but co-architects of the social entrepreneurship and innovation in the Arab world.
He urged the private sector to move beyond symbolic CSR and to invest now in inclusive value chains, skills development, and positioning social responsibility as a cornerstone for rebuilding trust, resilience, and sustainable growth. Highlighting the Chamber’s EU-funded development projects and its Training Center, he showcased how strategic programs are empowering youth and women to lead transformative change and impact within their communities.
