Documents required when renewing the subscription (for limited liability companies)
A renewal application filled out with all the required information and signed by the authorized signatory on behalf of the company, provided that this signature is identical to his signature on the commercial broadcast.
A copy of the commercial radio, the validity of which does not exceed three years, signed with a live signature in blue ink.
A copy of a power of attorney issued by a notary public (the date of issuance does not exceed one year) in the event that the transaction was submitted by a person who is not authorized to sign on behalf of the institution or company.
A copy of the identification document (identity or registration statement) for the client, provided that it bears the signature of the authorized signatory for the institution or company corresponding to his signature on the commercial broadcast.
To renew the annual subscription without an affiliation certificate:
A municipal receipt for the current year or the previous year for the work center (non-residential), and in the event that it is not possible to submit a municipal receipt, the person concerned is required to submit:
A book explaining the circumstances of the impossibility of submitting a country receipt and justifying the reasons.
A receipt of payment of electricity fees to the work center and in the name of the person concerned and/or a receipt of payment of landline phone bills in the name of the person concerned and at the work center.
- For owners, a recent real estate affidavit (not more than one year old).
Or an occupancy statement from the municipality that proves the continuity of the establishment's business.
In the event that a personal affiliation card with a photo is requested, a photograph must be submitted to the authorized signatory on behalf of the institution or company, certified by the Mukhtar.
To renew the annual subscription with an affiliation certificate, it is required in addition to the above:
Show official invoices (purchasing and selling) proving the commercial activity (no less than five invoices).
Or an industrial certificate or any valid license to practice a profession that proves the activity.
In case of changing the address of the institution or company, submit the following documents:
A copy of the lease contract approved by the municipality in the name of the institution or company with the latest municipal receipt, and in the absence of a municipality, the approval of the local mayor is required.
Or a copy of the title deed in the name of the affiliate (natural person or legal person).
Or a copy of a title deed in the name of one of the partners, attached to a letter of permission submitted by the partner, whereby he puts the property at the disposal of the company and approves it as a work center for it, for the duration of his contribution to the company, authenticated by the notary public.
A recent real estate statement if the affiliate is an owner (not more than three months old).
A copy of a free-management investment contract registered in the commercial registry and attached to a copy of the announcement in the Official Gazette.
In the event of amending the activity of the institution or company, the following documents shall be submitted:
A letter in which the institution or company explains the type of new activity and documents indicating this new activity, provided that this activity is among the activities originally declared in the commercial registry and is identical to the purpose of using the leased property.
